SAMPLE DATA ONLY NOT DEPLOYED — OWNER-TEST PROTOTYPE

⚠ Read this first — what is real, and what is a sample

The real shape of Memo Rescue is a pipeline on the house server (the Pavilion):

1 · Drop folder on the Pavilion→2 · faster-whisper bench transcribes locally→3 · This page — the searchable reading end

This prototype is only step 3, the reading end. No audio was transcribed to make it. Every transcript below is an invented SAMPLE, labeled SAMPLE, written by hand so you can test the search, the auto-titles, and the task-line highlighting before any real memo ever touches the bench. Nothing here uploads anything; there is no microphone, no recorder, and no network call in this file.

Garage Shelf Idea — Saturday Sort

SAMPLE memo 1 of 7 · Auto-title generated from first task line · SAMPLE duration 0:48 · SAMPLE date

Okay, walking through the garage. The middle shelf is bowing under the paint cans and I keep saying I will fix it and then I do not.

Measure the middle garage shelf and buy a bracket before Saturday.

Also the holiday lights are tangled in with the extension cords again, which is a December problem I am creating for myself in advance.

Untangle the holiday lights and label the box this time.

Dentist, Invoice, and the Leaky Tap

SAMPLE memo 2 of 7 · Auto-title generated from first task line · SAMPLE duration 1:12 · SAMPLE date

Note to self while the kettle boils. The bathroom tap has started dripping again, about one drip every few seconds, and it is keeping me up.

Call the dentist on Monday to move the cleaning appointment.

The electricity invoice is on the fridge and it looks higher than last month, so I want to compare it before I pay it.

Compare the electricity invoice against last month before paying it.

Book a plumber for the bathroom tap if the washer trick does not work.

Birthday Plan for a Fictional Cousin

SAMPLE memo 3 of 7 · Auto-title generated from first task line · SAMPLE duration 0:57 · SAMPLE date

Thinking out loud about a birthday dinner. Nothing fancy, maybe the place with the big round tables so nobody is stuck at the end.

Reserve a table for eight for the birthday dinner.

Somebody is vegetarian and somebody else cannot do nuts, so the menu matters more than the decorations.

Ask about a vegetarian main and a nut-free dessert when reserving.

Car Thoughts — Oil, Tires, Registration

SAMPLE memo 4 of 7 · Auto-title generated from first task line · SAMPLE duration 1:31 · SAMPLE date

The car is making that faint hum again at forty miles an hour. It might be a tire, it might be nothing, but I notice it every drive now.

Check when the last oil change was and book one if it is overdue.

Registration renewal letter arrived and went straight into the glovebox, which is where good intentions go to be forgotten.

Take the registration renewal out of the glovebox and pay it this week.

Recipe Worth Keeping — Lemon Beans

SAMPLE memo 5 of 7 · Auto-title generated from first task line · SAMPLE duration 0:42 · SAMPLE date

That lemon bean thing worked. White beans, lemon zest, garlic, too much olive oil, and it still came out right. Writing it down before I forget the ratio.

Write the lemon beans recipe into the kitchen notebook.

Next time try it with a pinch of chili and see if it survives the change.

SAMPLE

Work Brain-Dump — The Missing Attachment

SAMPLE memo 6 of 7 · Auto-title generated from first task line · SAMPLE duration 2:05 · SAMPLE date

I sent the summary but I am now fairly sure the attachment was the old version. Nobody has replied, which could mean anything.

Resend the summary with the corrected attachment and say plainly that it replaces the first one.

Also the meeting notes are in three different apps, which is exactly the problem this whole memo pile is supposed to solve.

Move the meeting notes into one folder and delete the duplicates.

SAMPLE

Garden — Tomatoes and the Hose Timer

SAMPLE memo 7 of 7 · Auto-title generated from first task line · SAMPLE duration 1:04 · SAMPLE date

The tomatoes leaned over in the rain and the hose timer battery is probably dead, because the bed was dry this morning.

Replace the hose timer battery and stake the tomatoes.

If the small tomatoes ripen first again, pick them daily or the birds will file their own claim.

Pick the small tomatoes daily starting this weekend.
