Run python3 find_saved.py /path/to/folder beside this page; it writes an index.json carrying each file's name, date, size, and — where OCR is available — the text inside it. Load that file here and the search below can search inside your screenshots, not just their names. If the same-named images are also loaded above, the index rows pick up their pictures.
