THE TIMESTAMP LAW, ON THE FACE:

The timestamp is the receipt. It is set when you save and cannot be changed — that's what makes the log worth exporting.

There is no timestamp field to type into and no edit button after saving, on purpose. To correct a note, delete the entry and save a new one — the new one gets its own, new timestamp.

Honesty line: this organizes your own records; it is not legal advice and doesn't file anything anywhere. Nothing is sent to a landlord, a court, or anyone else — the export packet is a file you keep and share only if you choose to.

Premises label — as you want it on the packet cover A generic label you type yourself, e.g. “Unit 4B (sample)”. No address is required and none is collected anywhere.
